Tripmeet is an app that helps travellers and locals who are alone locate activities to do with others and possibly share an experience. Even afterwards, participants may maintain contact and build relationships through live chat interaction.
Once an idea is shared, a user can interact with other interested parties by chatting and plan the activity, event, tour, etc...
Functions:
• Explore various proposals by location on a map.
• One can select the size of the search area from a radius as small as 3 Km to the entire planet!
• Once a user has joined an activity they can interact with others through instant chat to work out the particulars and make plans.
• Post an activity
• Users enter all pertinent details such as date, time, address, transportation, number of people being procured, ages, profiles of possible participants, whether activities are pet friendly etc...
• Users list their personal information in their Profile. Additionally, they manage the activities they post and the ones which theyve participated in with others.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
